| Phil Smith is responsible for tracking the $17.9 million that has been pledged to fund this project. Other responsibilities include: 1) maintaining and reconciliation of established grant accounts and budgets on an on-going basis; 2) prepare required supplementary information for delivery to MSU Office of Sponsored Programs and US Department of Energy, or for use by the grant PI in reports and presentations; 3) receive invoices from and authorize payment to subcontractors, as well as tracking the cost share commitments of partners; 4) provide administrative support including preparation of travel documents, purchasing card reports, grant status reports and other related items as required by BSCSP staff
